A lifetime resident of the American South, I am a reader, writer, apprentice to Jesus, and proponent of generous orthodoxy.

I earned a M.A. in Christian spiritual formation and leadership from Friends University in 2025.

I love big books, slow mornings, hot tea, salted caramel ice cream, bird watching, and country walks with my husband of thirty years. We have two grown, college-educated, self-supporting, beautiful children.
